The average community that earns a 10-percent discount saves nearly $20,000 dollars a year on flood insurance premiums. Many of those premium amounts are expected to increase substantially because of recent passage of the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014.

Our company will provide you with a report that identifies existing eligibility and recommends cost-effective improvements that can lower flood insurance premiums for your entire community.
